    What You’ll Do

    As the Business Development Director –** **you will:

    Channel Strategy & Partner Enablement

    + Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with third-party organizations that complement Enliven Health’s solutions.

    + Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth.

    + Enable partner success through onboarding, training, marketing support, and solution alignment.

    + Own channel revenue targets and pipeline influenced by partner-led initiatives.

    + Monitor partner performance, establish KPIs, and optimize engagement for long-term success.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure partner solutions align with Enliven Health’s objectives.

    Enterprise Sales & Strategic Account Leadership

    + Act as the primary executive contact for major pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty drug companies, and pharmacy networks.

    + Lead the complete enterprise sales process for opportunities exceeding $1M, including vision-setting, contract structuring, and long-term value delivery.

    + Develop and implement multi-year account strategies aligned with client executive priorities, ensuring sustained financial and clinical outcomes.

    + Build and maintain trust with C-suite executives, investors, and strategic stakeholders across the healthcare sector.

    + Create ROI-focused proposals and financial models that resonate with board-level and investor audiences.

    + Analyze industry disruptions, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform actionable commercial strategies for Enliven Health and partners.

    + Represent Enliven Health as a thought leader at major industry events, leadership forums, and executive roundtables.

     

    Who You Are

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution highly preferred.

    + 10+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership, with at least 5 years in pharma/life sciences or healthcare technology.

    + Expertise in strategic account management, global contracting, and value-based solution development.

    + Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and enterprise forecasting/financial modeling tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proven ability to close and grow $1M+ enterprise accounts and drive indirect revenue through partner ecosystems.

    + Established senior-level relationships with leading U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech firms, and pharmacy-driven organizations.

    + Expertise in enterprise consultative selling frameworks (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, Challenger, Boardroom Selling).

    + Advanced financial acumen comparable to investment banking or consulting, with experience building board-level business cases.

    + Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing C-suite, Board, and investor stakeholders.

    + Demonstrated history of achieving double-digit, multi-year revenue growth in competitive enterprise sales environments.

    Work Environment & Travel

     

    This is a remote, executive-level role managing a national partner portfolio. Travel is expected approximately 25–50% of the time for partner meetings, conferences, and strategic summits.
