    Description

    This is an outside SERVICE sales rep (not selling equipment), driving role. Cincinnati area, will report into the Cincinnati office location as needed and meetings few times a week. Full autonomy on schedule. Can start day leaving from house, drive to sites. Rough day schedule is ~ 7am-4pm. Getting started and training, you'll be in the office for first 30-60 days

     

    Looking for someone with experience selling HVAC preventative maintenance contracts, and providing recommendations for service, repair, and turnkey project work for HVAC systems.

     

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that will interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure, and be flexible and willing to assist as needed.

     

    • Create a clearly defined sales plan to meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business.

    • Learn our current and potential customers operations, understand their challenges, and customize solutions to meet their needs.

    • Prepare and present technical sales proposals including cost estimates, pricing quotations, and implementing tools and resources to assist in sales efforts (e.g. energy rebates).

    • Perform tests and conduct surveys to determine need for product alterations or development of new products.

    • Analyze products and selling techniques.

    • Develop pipeline of future sales opportunities.

    • Create sales cost estimates, and proposals for small work.

    • Project manage small turnkey and service and repair work.

    • Work with project developers, project managers and operations team to propose large turnkey and service and repair work.

    • Coordinate the preparation of cost estimates for large work, generate proposals and lead team sales effort on these projects.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    Nice to Haves:

    • Prior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts; preferred.

    • Commercial HVAC industry experience; preferred.

    • HVAC service sales experience; preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

     

    401 match. Medical benefits, vacation time. $800/month car allowance
