    Job Description:

    This role combines Level 1 and Level 2 Helpdesk/Technical Support responsibilities. Common tickets include password resets, permissions, printer/network device issues, and hardware/software troubleshooting. Daily tasks are approximately 90% ticket resolution and 10% project work. Opportunities for growth include participation in IT projects to expand knowledge and advance within the team.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
