Richmond is a leading non-profit serving individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral challenges throughout Westchester County. We are seeking a caring, skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team.

What You Will Do
+ Review physician referrals and complete thorough OT evaluations
+ Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills, mobility, and functional independence
+ Implement therapy programs, adaptive equipment, and therapeutic interventions
+ Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR system
+ Train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and families on therapy follow-through
+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
+ Participate in care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy (Master’s or higher preferred)
+ Current New York State OT License in good standing
+ 2+ years of clinical OT experience (rehab, LTC, or developmental disabilities a plus)
+ Experience with EMR documentation
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
