Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator

Overview:

System One is partnering with a client seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support HR operations during a period of organizational restructuring. This dual-role position is responsible for a wide range of HR administrative and project-based tasks, ensuring efficient onboarding, compliance, and employee record management.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support all aspects of onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 verification and new hire documentation.

+ Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.

+ Assist with digitizing employee files and uploading them into ADP.

+ Serve as a backup presenter for onboarding sessions, requiring strong communication and public speaking skills.

+ Manage benefits administration tasks and assist with unemployment claims.

+ Collaborate with HR leadership on project-based initiatives and process improvements.

+ Provide heavy administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications:

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.

+ Prior experience with ADP strongly preferred.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

+ Comfortable with data entry, document management, and handling confidential information.

+ Previous HR or administrative experience required; degree not required.
