How You’ll make an impact:
Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Brand Marketing Project Manager to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of brands, including Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip Hop, Little Planet, and Otter Avenue. This role will serve as the hub between Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth Marketing, Retail and eCommerce teams, ensuring campaigns across the portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with each brand’s strategy and Carter’s Inc. standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and passionate about enabling powerful storytelling by keeping projects running smoothly from concept to consumer.
This role is based in our Atlanta Buckhead office, and is on-site 4 days a week.
40%: Go to Market & Seasonal Brand Marketing Process Leadership
+ Partner closely with the GTM leader to manage the upstream to downstream process for Brand Marketing including timeline management of multiple overlapping seasons to help us strategically plan our marketing investment, activations, and executions.
+ Establish, manage and lead overall Brand Marketing seasonal process enabling our integrated marketing and functional teams to develop breakthrough marketing plans ensuring we stay on budget and on time.
+ Drive end-to-end workflow management for seasonal concepts including oversight and process management of integrated brand briefs, creative briefs, agency briefs and pitchbacks, activation and experiential production timelines, retail deliverables, and digital executions.
+ Manage key marketing initiatives timelines and deliverables for across the portfolio of Brands, ensuring alignment and visibility across multiple brands, teams, and stakeholders.
+ Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage cross-functional dependencies to keep projects moving forward.
30%: Seasonal Stories & Cross-Functional Coordination
+ Work closely with Brand Marketing leads to operationalize key seasonal initiatives across all Carter’s Inc. brands, ensuring each brand’s storytelling is executed seamlessly across channels.
+ Act as the point of contact within Brand Marketing driving the process and enabling functions, agency partners, and cross-functional business partners ensuring clear handoffs and smooth collaboration.
+ Innovate ways of planning across the Marketing organization including development of new tools, platforms, and documents to use to plan more efficiently and productively.
20%: Budget & Resource Management
+ Track budgets, vendor invoices, and total spend across the portfolio of brands.
+ Manage resource allocation and workload planning to ensure campaign needs are supported across multiple brand priorities.
+ Provide leadership with visibility into budget status and portfolio campaign investments.
+ Track and budget workload (time spent and resourcing) for internal creative teams to help ensure prioritization of projects and campaigns.
10% - Performance & Continuous Improvement
+ Capture learnings from portfolio-wide campaign execution to refine workflows and improve efficiency.
+ Share best practices across the marketing organization to strengthen operational excellence across the Carter’s Inc. portfolio.

Must have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
+ 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing, creative services, or related field.
+ Strong project management skills with proven success managing multiple brands or business units.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage complex, multi-brand deliverables with clarity.
+ Familiarity with project management tools.
+ Passion for operational excellence and supporting consumer-first storytelling across diverse brands.
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
+ Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, or CPG marketing.
+ Background in creative production workflows (photography, content development, digital, retail).
+ Familiarity with omni-channel campaign execution (digital, social, in-store, wholesale).
+ Experience working in matrixed organizations where influence and collaboration are critical.
