    Position Summary:

    The **Senior System Engineer** will be responsible for the reliability, sustainability, and core functionality of servers and related infrastructure along with key applications and cloud-based platforms that integrate into the infrastructure, and the continuous improvement of IT services.

    Essential Functions:

    + Implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Azure cloud services, enterprise network security, and virtualization technologies

    + Provide advanced support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments

    + Lead automation initiatives, developing scripts and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks

    + Participate in strategic planning for IT infrastructure enhancements, focusing on scalability, security, and business alignment

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions that support business objectives

    + Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff, fostering professional growth and skill development

    + Contribute to the development of IT policies, procedures, and documentation to standardize operations and improve efficiency

    + Ensure business continuity through effective backup, disaster recovery planning, and high availability configurations

    + Be available for after-hours support, including scheduled maintenance and emergency response situations

    + Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.

    + Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

    + Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

    Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on enterprise infrastructure management

    + Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune endpoint management

    + Hands-on experience with enterprise security frameworks, network security management, and compliance enforcement

    + Solid background in server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and enterprise networking

    + Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools to improve IT efficiency

    + Experience with IT project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

    + Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and service desk operations

    + Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues

    + Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding IT support teams

    + Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    **Working Conditions** :

    + This role is in the Audubon HQ office, with a full time in office requirement.

    + This role may require occasional both domestic and international travel.

    + The position may involve working outside regular business hours to accommodate different time zones and urgent issues.

    + Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
