• MS Adms & DMS Test Lead/Engineer

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Test Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OMS ADMS DMS Generative AI SCADA and GE ADMS. Experience in Smart Grid Operations is a plus. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems contributing to the companys success and impacting society positively.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the testing efforts for OMS ADMS and DMS systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    + Oversee the integration and testing of Generative AI solutions within existing systems.

    + Provide expertise in SCADA and GE ADMS to enhance system performance and reliability.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues efficiently.

    + Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex systems.

    + Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.

    + Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    + Utilize advanced testing tools and techniques to optimize testing processes.

    + Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

    + Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.

    + Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts.

    + Ensure that testing activities align with the companys objectives and contribute to societal benefits.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in testing.

    Qualifications

    + Possess strong technical skills in OMS ADMS DMS Generative AI SCADA and GE ADMS.

    + Demonstrate experience in Smart Grid Operations is highly desirable.

    + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and strategies.

    + Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.

    + Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    + Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and capable of working independently.
