Occupational Therapist (OT) | Brighton, CO | $55/hr Local | $2,313/wk Traveler | Full-Time | 14-Week Contract

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evaluations, therapy services, and documentation in accordance with individualized student care plans. This is a maternity coverage position with two openings, running December–February and January–March.

Position Overview

+ Location: Brighton, CO

+ Start Date: December 8, 2025

+ End Date: February/March 2026 (14 weeks)

+ Duration: 14 weeks (maternity coverage)

+ Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm | 36 hrs/week

+ Modality: Special Education

+ Openings: 2 positions

+ Pay Rate: $55/hr local | $2,313/wk traveler

+ Travel: N/A

Responsibilities

+ Perform student evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

+ Provide direct therapy services in accordance with plan of care

+ Document services and maintain compliance with district/state requirements

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Requirements

+ Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado (SSP License with OT Endorsement required)

+ One year of prior professional OT experience preferred

+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Current CPR, TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray, and health certificate (if required)

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
