    Job Description

    Are you a compassionate, detail-driven nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every call and case matters? Join our Occupational Health team as a** **Clinical Nurse RN – Occupational Health Care Coordinator** **and make an impact on the health and well-being of our workforce.

     

    In this role, you’ll provide care and case management for patients with acute and chronic illnesses — including COVID, Flu, and RSV — within both ambulatory and call center settings. You’ll blend clinical expertise with data-driven coordination, supporting our workforce through every step of their care journey.

     

    You’ll also play a key role in program development, onboarding, and interdisciplinary teamwork — making this an exciting opportunity for an RN ready to grow, collaborate, and lead with purpose.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care** **— assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.

     

    Manage workforce member cases** **for COVID, Flu, and RSV, ensuring timely follow-up and recovery support.

     

    Coordinate testing efforts** **at UHTMC and UHLMC, and manage ongoing testing data for long-term care and administrative reporting.

     

    Support research and safety programs** **, including COVID data tracking and the PREVENT Research Project.

     

    Lead and assist with onboarding** **of new staff members, helping build a culture of safety and excellence.

     

    Maintain compliance** **with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards while modeling integrity and service excellence.

     

    Collaborate across teams** **— patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues — to deliver efficient, empathetic, and evidence-based care.

    What You Bring

    Minimum Requirements:

    Graduate of an accredited nursing program

     

    Current** **Registered Nurse (RN)** **license in the** **State of Missouri

     

    Current** **BCLS** **certification

     

    For PRN roles: at least** **1 year of medical/surgical** **experience or** **1 year in a related specialty area

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)** **or equivalent specialty degree

     

    RN Specialty Certification
