    Pay Range: $89,000.00-$94,000.00 Hybrid Schedule of 40% On-Site (Durant, OK) and 60% Remote| Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events

     

    **Job Purpose or Objective:** The art director manages a creative initiative from start to finish, guiding a creative team in the conception, design, and execution of marketing materials. You will report to the Director of Creative Services.

    Primary Tasks

    •Own responsibility for the visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign and coordinates the work of other design staff.

     

    Translate marketing and brand strategies into effective campaigns and ensure all design and messaging aligns with the brand.

     

    You will produce clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the Director of Creative Services and Copywriter that guide the creative team from project start to finish.

     

    Understand marketing programs, strategic positioning and target audience to ensure that the clients' desired message and image is conveyed to the intended audience.

     

    You will manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide direction to maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables

     

    Collaborate with the Director of Creative Services to develop the brand so that it reflects our core values and ideals and aligns to the CNO's mission.

     

    You will review the designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members.

     

    Assist the Traffic Managers in assigning job responsibilities and developing the process and timeline for each project.

     

    Perform other duties as may be assigned.

    Minimum Requirements

    •Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Visual Arts, related degree, or four (4) years directly related experience.

     

    Macintosh operations platform experience including knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign

     

    1+ years of experience in implementing advertising concepts

     

    Five years in a Graphic Design/Creative environment
