Here's how you'll make an impact.
Performs a variety of duties in support of the retail lending function in order to ensure compliance with lending regulations, accuracy and timely processing of lending transactions, and prompt and professional service to internal and external clients.
+ Assembles and verifies accuracy of loan documentation. Maintains knowledge of all loan documentation requirements. Confirms accuracy and completeness of work of other loan servicing personnel. Updates and maintains loan information on computer systems.
+ Ensures that loan files contain proper documentation, including documents with proper signatures, dates and other relevant data. Contacts lending personnel to obtain missing information.
+ Maintains new and paid consumer loan files. Uses computer systems for data input and other activities.
+ Prepares and reviews various loan documents and communications to clients, including notices, reminders, statements, payoffs, and other correspondence.
+ Performs more complex loan to general ledger account reconcilements on a daily basis in accordance with policies and procedures.
+ Performs the boarding of loans with more complexity and structure. Specifically, attorney prepared documents for the Commercial Lending Division.
+ Reviews as assigned, daily reports for accuracy and exceptions and makes necessary corrections. Researches errors, resolves problems, responds to inquiries, and makes appropriate adjustments in accordance with policy and procedure.
+ Prepares, as assigned and maintains knowledge of applicable regulations. Reviews and recommends changes to fulfill regulatory requirements. Prepares and submits reports to regulators.
+ Performs as assigned, escrow analysis and disbursement of payment from all escrow accounts.
+ Maintains as assigned, all investors accounts including balancing, loan setup and reporting.
+ Prepares as assigned and sends payments to vendors on a monthly basis and balances such accounts.
+ Maintains as assigned, all participant loan accounts including loan setup, the remittance of payments and notification letters to participating banks.
+ Prepares monthly CRA and HMDA reports for review by the Compliance Department and submits the annual report to the appropriate federal agency.
+ Answers telephone and assists clients with routine inquiries regarding payoffs and general loan processing.
+ Provides backup to and/or primary support for other loan operations servicers as assigned.
+ Conforms to General Performance Expectations as identified for all employees
Work Experience, Qualification, and Education Requirements
+ High School Diploma
+ Two or more years experience and/or formal training in related position preferred
+ Knowledge of lending policies/regulations preferred
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Premier
+ Good written and oral communications skills
Salary Range $17 to $26.50 Hourly
Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
