Position Title Student Worker

Hiring Range $15/Hour

Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

How many hours per week are required? 20

Description of Primary Duties

Assist the Facilities team in surveying and documenting building fire protection systems. This position involves identifying and recording the locations of fire protection equipment (e.g., valves, extinguishers, risers, sprinklers) and marking these locations on digital floor plans using Bluebeam Revu software.

Utilize hand tools and ladders to access equipment and perform minor general maintenance repairs.

Required Qualifications

Current student pursuing a degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Familiarity with reading blueprints, floor plans, and using Bluebeam Revu or similar software preferred
