Job Title: Operations Manager Railcar Loader

Schedule: TBD

Position Summary:

You will provide leadership and management oversight for assigned areas of responsibility. Ensure site compliance with Safety, SOP and customer requirements.

Areas of Responsibility:

+ Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures

+ Embody the Ethical practices and Core Principles of the Company

+ Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance within the scope of duties, included but not limited to hire, fire, promotions or other changes in employee status

+ Ensuring compliance with all applicable Company, Customer, OSHA, EPA, FRA and DOT regulations by performing key audits and/or relevant inspections. These are included but not limited to AAR, ISA, ISO, etc..

+ Ensuring all associates understand and comply with applicable customer and company work instructions, quality procedures and site SOP's

+ Continually seek and document methods for improvement in the quality of the services being provided and the efficiency in which those services are conducted

+ Setting and monitoring specific developmental and performance goals for associates

What's Required:

+ High School Diploma/GED or Ability

+ Safety first mentality

+ 3 or more years of Supervisory experience

+ Microsoft Office knowledge is a must

+ Ability to work in fast paced environment

+ Able to meet attendance requirements

+ A teamwork, can do attitude and willing to learn

+ Valid state driver's license

+ Bilingual Abilities Required
