    Find your purpose with CentraCare working as an LPN or CMA at our Sauk Centre Clinic! In this role, you will work in collaboration with a primary care provider and be responsible for rooming patients, documenting thorough medical history, communicating results and relevant medical information and ensuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time among other duties.

     

    To be successful in this position, you will need to work well both independently and with others, have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families and be able to assess, problem solve and handle tasks as they arise.

     

    This position may occasionally float to our Melrose and Long Prairie Clinics based on staffing needs.

     

    Schedule

     

    + Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Sauk Centre Clinic

    + Monday – Friday | 9-hour shifts | Typically 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

    + Occasional Saturday rotation possible in the future working 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    + LPN starting pay begins at $22.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    + Pay range: $22.40 - $33.58 per hour

    + CMA starting pay begins at $20.92 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    + Pay range: $20.92 - $31.06 per hour

    + $2,500 (LPN) and $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus

    + $5,000 relocation bonus

    Qualifications

    Licensed Practical Nurse

     

    + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

    + Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota

    + Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

    OR

    CMA

    + Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

    + Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with one of the following:

    + American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)

    + American Medical Technologists (AMT)

    + National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)

    + Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)

    + Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card

     

    To be eligible for the hiring bonus or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Sauk Centre clinic and must relocate to within 30 miles of the clinic within 120 days of employment.
