• Remote Nearshore ServiceNow Business Analyst

    Job Description

    The client is seeking a Business Analyst to support ServiceNow catalog form development. The role includes evaluating business impacts, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and maintaining clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The analyst is expected to stay current with ServiceNow updates, suggest process improvements, and document requirements using Excel or similar tools. Operating in an Agile environment, the Business Analyst will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.

    ServiceNow experience

    - not looking for ServiceNow expertise but being able to know ServiceNow configuration to have intelligent conversations with SYK business on the cans and cannots

     

    Proficient English

    Agile experience
