    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to hire a Project Manager to support their federal client out of Scott Airforce Base that has created a software that supports global aerial refueling operations. The position requires a strong project management background with excellent people skills to interact with users, learn and teach the software, and understand the operational context in which it is deployed. Responsibilities include engaging with customers weekly to identify gaps, communicating those gaps to the development team for improvement, and shepherding the software through integration and adoption. Success in this role demands adaptability to shifting priorities, clear communication, and the ability to manage expectations under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for planning, reporting, and presentations.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3-5 years of Project/Program Management experience

     

    Understanding of tanker operations and flight scheduling software within the 618 AOC

     

    Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to deal with changing priorities

     

    Secret Clearance
