    Job Description

    An employer is seeking a PLM Data Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity for the Cincinnati, OH team. This data consultant can sit fully remote to help achieve completion of combining Ethicon sites that are on multiple PLMs onto 1 single platform, Windchill. The Data Analyst will work daily within excel to migrate and manage data for half of the time. The other portion of this work will require strong technical writing skills to prepare SOPs, work instructions and training documents for other stakeholders within the Windchill platform. Day to day responsibilities will include, attending internal training sessions and documenting summary reports, conducting audits of the error reports from the DQT analyst, and creating Visio/Powerpoint or needed documentation related to the data/process flow.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2+ year of advanced excel experience within a regulated environment

     

    2+ years of Product Lifecycle Management experience, migrating and documenting summaries

     

    Ability to work full remote and comfortable attending multiple professional remote meetings with stakeholders

     

    Strong technical writing experience

     

    Motivated to grow within a medical device industry Windchill PLM working knowledge
