Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join a logistics client's team in Cowpens SC for a 4-month contract with possible extensions. This role will be responsible for the following:

-Data analytics

-Timecard audits

-Timecard schedule management

-Managing headcount roster with hires and terminations

-Submitting requisitions for new workers and submitting assignment ends

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM (hours are flexible)

Onsite 5x a week - this is NOT a remote position

Pay Rate: $23.50-24.50/hr.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of Human Resources experience

Prior experience working with VMS systems (preferably Fieldglass) and creating job posting and requisitions.

Experience with timecard audits, and verifying timesheets
