You'll perform troubleshooting on state of the art technology and contribute ideas on process and design improvements. This position is geared toward independent productivity while also contributing to our environment of teamwork. Tasks require the ability to isolate and resolve product related issues in both hardware, software and process related problems, validate test measurement accuracy, characterize the performance of products under test, conduct data analysis and generate documents that report our findings.
BAE Systems seeks an entry level or early career candidate for an Electronics Test Engineering Support role. This opportunity is best suited for someone building a career solving complex issues while troubleshooting circuit cards and electronic systems for a variety wireless communications and avionics products. You'll have the opportunity to work on a high performing team where you can utilize your skills to create solutions in our electonics test. _This is a first shift position with a 9/80 work schedule and every other Friday off!_

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
+ Experience with various circuit analysis tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers
+ Ability to work as part of a team while also completing independent assignments
+ Ability to obtain a secret clearance
+ Strong problem solving ability
+ Demonstrated time management and organization skills
+ Commitment to excellence and ethical performance required to work on defense contracts
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
A very strong candidate would have 1 years of work experience in an electronics test environment troubleshooting circuit card assemblies and systems.
Understanding of both digital and RF circuits is preferred.
Candidates with active Secret clearance would be preferred.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $65400 - $111240
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
