Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking RN's and LPN's to work one on one with pediatric and adult patients for all shifts ! Even one or two days will help our patients and their families.

Are you a nurse looking to further your education and learn new skills?

Maxim Healthcare Services now offers several training programs for nurses who are looking to advance their skill set. Training programs including pediatric training, trach training, ventilator training and many more! These programs provide caregivers with training and experience to work comfortably and confidently in the homecare setting. Maxim does not require previous homecare experience, and new graduate nurses are also welcome to apply!

+ Pay Range for RN's are $34-$38hr

+ Pay Range for LPN's are $24-$28hr

Responsibilities

+ Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

+ Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

+ Other Registered Nurse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Registered Nurse Unencumbered License for the state of Maine or another compact state.

+ Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

+ Current Health Certificate (per facility).

+ Current BLS or AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.

+ COVID vaccination

+ Flu vaccination

+ Pediatric experience preferred (but not required).
