Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Automotive Sales Representative to join Bob Weaver Auto in Pottsville, Pa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a strong commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet customers and assist them in finding their desired vehicles.

+ Provide detailed information about vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.

+ Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities.

+ Process sales agreements and follow up with customers after the sale.

+ Maintain knowledge of current inventory and industry trends.

+ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.

+ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

+ Participate in dealership events and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in sales, preferred but not required.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong customer service orientation.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Proficient with computer systems.

+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
