Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
• One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct foot patrols to enhance security and increase visibility
+ Serve as a crossing guard at designated street crossings to ensure pedestrian safety
+ Act as a greeter in the parking garage to assist with navigation and provide customer support
+ Station personnel at the loading dock entrance to communicate with delivery drivers and confirm clearance with the dock master via radio
+ Provide pedestrian safety support while delivering exceptional customer service
+ Act as a Welcome Ambassador for garage users
+ Greet and engage with garage users and to offer informational assistance
+ Communicate effectively with garage users regarding parking
+ Follow safety precautions at all times
