    + Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a per diem MHA (mental health associate) to work the day shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within wing 4 (Voluntary Psych/First Responders Program) with 12 beds.

    + Princeton House launched the first treatment program in New Jersey dedicated to first responders in 2013. More than 10 years later, we continue to address the unique needs of first responders dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and addiction. In addition to providing treatment for mental and behavioral health disorders, we help facilitate each first responder’s return to work.

    **Location:** Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    + The Mental Health Associate assists Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients.

    + The Mental Health Associate participates as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.

    Scheduling Requirements:

    + Required to work one 7am-3:30pm shift a week.

    What We Require for this Role:

    Education

    + Bachelor of Arts or Science (required).

    + Education specialization: Social Science preferred.

    LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

    + Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire.

    + Valid driver’s license required.

    Salary Range:

    $18.11 - $28.86/Hourly
