    About the Role

     

    As a **Test Assistant – Operations Support** with **PDS Tech Commercial** , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within a world-class electronics manufacturing environment. Your work will directly support production efficiency, facility upkeep, and employee well-being—making you an essential part of our success story.

    What You’ll Do

    + Assist with **maintenance and repair** of facility systems and structures to keep operations running efficiently.

    + Support **facility grounds upkeep** , including manufacturing floors, office areas, and common spaces.

    + Help prepare meals for employees and maintain a **clean, hygienic food service area** .

    + Perform tasks such as **moving furniture, minor repairs, and small construction projects** .

    + Assist in **setting up and installing building equipment** for manufacturing lines.

    + Operate equipment like pallet jacks, high-lift machinery, and power tools safely and effectively.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + 2–4 years of relevant experience.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.

    + Basic knowledge of electrical, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.

    + Familiarity with routine maintenance and repair methods.

    + Ability to operate complex equipment and hold necessary licenses/certifications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance environment.

    + Knowledge of building operating systems and quality standards.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.70 per hour
