Shifts Available:

+ Day Shift (Weekend Only): Friday-Monday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (64 hours per pay period and a 40% higher rate of pay)

+ Evening Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm (80 hours per pay period, includes every other weekend)

+ Evening Shift (Weekend Only): Friday-Monday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm (64 hours per pay period and a 40% higher rate of pay)

Your Role:

As an LPN at Chase Memorial, you will be entrusted with providing skilled nursing care to our residents in line with established policies and regulatory standards. You will play a critical role in:

+ Delegating tasks to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

+ Monitoring patient status, collecting pertinent data, and notifying the Nursing Supervisor of any changes

+ Delivering compassionate care with professionalism, respect, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

+ New York State LPN License (Required)

+ Current BLS/CPR Certification

+ 1 year of experience preferred, but not required

+ A passion for caring for residents and working within a collaborative team
