Summary:
In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate approval of Quick Promotions (QPs) across Meta's Quick Promotion platform, a key lever for driving user growth.
Required Skills:
Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Drive key changes to programs to achieve future state objectives which could include processes, documentation, measurement, etc
2. Interface with product teams across Meta to ensure QPs meet our standards and incorporate all best practices
3. Ideate and implement process improvements to drive employee year savings
4. Clearly communicate with teams and handle pushback with grace while enforcing QP governance
5. Provide regular feedback collected from internal customers to our QP product team to continuously improve the product and meet our customer's needs
Minimum Qualifications:

6. Experience with internal marketing platforms
7. Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
8. BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or other technical field or 3+ years equivalent technical work experience
9. Experience flourishing in a deadline-focused and ambiguous environment
10. 3+ years of project or program management experience
11. Knowledge with numbers and proficient in doing basic analysis
12. Experience working with and enforcing brand guidelines
13. Capacity to stay well organized and focused on the finer details in a time-sensitive role
14. Demonstrated experience making effective decisions and communicating clearly to cross functional teams
