    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, maintenance, and logistics.

    + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

    + Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

    + Develop and mentor team members to support growth and performance.

    Work Environment
