This req is for the JAGM Production Operations Manager\. Selected candidate will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of JAGM production and EGT, requires continuous coordination and communication with all make centers building JAGM production\.
## What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
+ Leading the execution of production scope of BUY 17 and BUY 18 contracts and supporting future proposals as opportunities arise\.
+ Regularly provide production status to both TAGM customer and LM Program Management\.
+ Travel to Ocala, Troy, Archbald as needed to support ongoing production\.
+ Based out of Orlando and manage IPT leads supporting MDMS Production\.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or
Finance
Experience working in a manufacturing center
Experience leading cross\-functional projects
Experience leading production teams
Experience planning production schedules
Desired Skills:
Strong Leadership Skills
Experience developing First Unit Flows
Experience working directly in Ocala, MEC, MOC,
Archbald or Troy
Experience using capacity analysis to develop
production plans and influence capital
investment to minimize risk to program and/or
provide return on investment to Lockheed Martin
Strong Communication Skills, both oral and
written
Ability to energize teams
Experience using MES\-CAPP, Winchill, ECE,
Tablou, and RELM
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
