As our new** **Maintenance Technician I** **, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

+ **Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo**

+ **Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw**

+ **Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures**

+ **Organize and maintain the tool crib**

+ **Participate in safety and 5S activities**

+ **Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks**

+ **Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols**

+ **Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency**

Requirements

+ **Must possess a high school diploma or GED**

+ **Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn**

+ **Ability to lift up to 50 pounds**

+ **Reliable and coachable attitud**

+ **Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time**

+ **Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn**

+ **Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment**
