Retail Security Supervisor – Brooklyn, NY

**Job Type:** Full-Time

**Pay Rate:** $23.55/hr.

Schedule:

+ Friday: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM

+ Saturday: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM

+ Sunday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

+ Monday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

+ Tuesday: Off

+ Wednesday: Off

+ Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and experienced **Security Officer Supervisor** to support operations at a high-traffic commercial location in Brooklyn, NY. The Supervisor will oversee daily security functions, provide leadership to the on-site team, and ensure all post orders, safety protocols, and client expectations are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and support a team of Security Officers during assigned shifts

+ Conduct post inspections and ensure proper staffing coverage

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies professionally and promptly

+ Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives during shifts

+ Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and uniform standards

+ Assist with training, coaching, and corrective action as needed

+ Maintain a visible, professional presence and uphold quality customer service

Qualifications:

+ Valid Security Guard License and 8-Hour/16-Hour Certifications (as applicable)

+ Prior supervisory or lead experience in security preferred

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure

+ Excellent report writing skills

+ Must be able to stand, walk, and respond quickly as required

+ Must be available for the full listed schedule
