Clean Harbors in **Eagan, MN** is seeking an **InSite Supervisor** is responsible for the supervision of InSite foremen and InSite technicians as applicable under the staffing scenario for the particular InSite Onsite contract including ensuring that Health and Safety Requirements are adhered to at all times while overseeing site operations, schedule, labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

+ Oversee projects for profitability, completeness, and professionalism. Use knowledge and experience to reduce project costs to CHES
+ Demonstrate proficiency at a wide variety of assignments and can direct personnel in the operational procedures to complete assignments
+ Communicate with the InSite Program Manager to ensure all contractual obligations are met to complete requested services, project progression status, and any change orders are completed and executed before any additional work is performed
+ Responsible for all health and safety issues surrounding each assigned project including, reviewing operational procedures to assure correct health and safety action plans, and effective communication with the health & safety organization on site specific action
+ Responsible for the training and mentoring of InSite foreman and InSite technicians; Provide information to the InSite program manager for reviews for individuals for whom the position directly supervises; May participate in the review process with the InSite program manager
+ Responsible for the inspection of all equipment used on projects and ensure the proper use, maintenance, and return of all equipment
+ Responsible for completion of all applicable paperwork for job activity, including but not limited to worksheets, vehicle inspections, equipment inspections, and health and safety required inspections and permits
+ Responsible for timely reporting of work-related accidents/ incidents to InSite Program Manager.Assists with the scoping and quoting of projects, jobs, and / or contracts, as needed
+ Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
+ Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
+ Perform other duties as assigned
+ 2 years college or specialized training
+ 5 to 7 years alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
+ OSHA trained (29 cfr 1910.120, Confined Space, First Aid/CPR, and OSHA regulated substances).
+ Must maintain a driver qualification file per the Clean Harbors light truck policy 11.8
+ Must pass both written and practical competency exam for a field service foreman
+ Must pass both written and practical exam for confined space
+ Leadership and supervisory skills
+ Time management skills
+ Scheduling and organizational skills
+ Communication (written/verbal) skills
+ Able to complete assignments on-time and on-budget
+ Able to handle different types of projects and assignments
+ Able to work in a team environment
+ Experience in environmental field service operations
+ Knowledge of all equipment
+ Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation, and policies and procedures (safety, compliance, legal, and transportation and disposal) related to field service operations
