Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Payroll Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Payroll Operations department supporting international payroll processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Global Payroll Analyst
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
What's the Job?
+ Manage and execute end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies to protect sensitive employee information.
+ Partner with global payroll providers, auditors, and benefits administrators to ensure compliance and service-level excellence.
+ Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including salary, benefits, tax information, and deductions.
+ Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries efficiently and professionally.
What's Needed?
+ Knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and compliance standards.
+ Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP GlobalView, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
+ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to support reporting and reconciliation tasks.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across different time zones.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
