Machine Operator – Temp-to-Hire (Newton, NC)

**Pay:** $18.00 per hour

**Schedule:** Train on 1st shift, then transition to off-shift

**Overtime:** Frequent OT available (5–7 days per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated **Machine Operators** for a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with a large manufacturing facility in **Newton, NC** . This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to earn significant overtime.

Responsibilities

+ Train on **1st shift** before moving to an assigned off-shift

+ Operate and monitor production machinery

+ Maintain product quality and follow safety procedures

+ Support production goals and work as part of a team

+ Perform basic machine adjustments as needed

Requirements

+ **High School Diploma or GED (required)**

+ Ability to stand, lift, and stay active throughout the shift

+ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

+ Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
