Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting cross-functional teams. The Program Manager drives strategic AI programs from planning through delivery, owns metric-based success tracking, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and supports in-person workshops with executive-level stakeholders.

**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $50/hr - $55/hr
What's the Job?
+ Lead high-impact customer-facing initiatives to accelerate deployment of AI use cases across industries
+ Manage systems for tracking impact, define success metrics, and contribute to program goals
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence leadership to ensure successful project execution
+ Establish and maintain structured workflows, manage dependencies, and enable rapid iteration
+ Communicate complex topics effectively to diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders and customers
What's Needed?
+ **Strong Program Management experience** (5–7 years overall; 3+ years managing cross-functional delivery)
+ **Metrics & Impact Tracking** (OKRs/KPIs, dashboards, Excel)
+ **Excellent Communication + Storytelling skills** with exec-level stakeholder management
+ Experience crafting **user-centric digital or AI solutions** (preferred but not required)
