Our client, focused on genetic testing and research is seeking a materials coordinator to join their team. As a materials coordinator, you will be part of the shipping and receiving department supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have communication skills, organizational skills and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Materials Coordinator
Pay Range: $24-$25
What’s the Job?
+ Coordinate ordering, receiving, and inventory control to support Pharma operations and ensure compliance.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and scanners to track materials and improve efficiency.
+ Partner with Operations, QA, and Finance to optimize material flow and uphold quality and safety.
+ Manage domestic and international shipping logistics in accordance with regulatory requirements.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance warehouse operations.
What’s Needed?
+ High school diploma required.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in materials management; lab or chemical handling experience is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
