Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics-Forklift Operator 2nd shift to join their team. As a Logistics-Forklift Operator 2nd shift, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Logistics-Forklift Operator 2nd shift

**Location:** Shirley, NY

Pay Range:

**Shift:** 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate receiving of inbound raw materials and shipping of finished goods products

+ Assign, prioritize, and supervise work duties to meet schedules

+ Requisition materials and supplies to support daily operations and monitor inventory

+ Complete documentation required under regulatory standards and ensure compliance

+ Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to support warehouse activities

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of two (2) years experience in a shipping and receiving role within manufacturing or logistics

+ Forklift Operator Certification is an asset

+ Effective stress management skills and ability to work independently

+ High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and operations

+ Knowledge of health & safety requirements and ability to follow safety protocols
