As a **Security Professional - Front Desk Operations CRE** in **Beverly Hills, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your role will focus on monitoring access, assisting guests, and handling security-related inquiries, all while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and building occupants in a professional manner at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor access and verify the identification of individuals entering the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.

+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to front desk and security-related operations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, utilizing problem-solving skills as directed by Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.

+ Provide customer service by answering questions and directing individuals to appropriate locations within the building.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, or maintenance issues to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.

+ Support emergency response activities when appropriate, in accordance with established protocols for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
