    *Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews)

    * Level I: 0-3 years. Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

    * May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.

    * This is an entry-level position.

    * Typically requires a high school education.

    'Work will be in warehouse doing functions such as:

    * receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments.

    * Loads and unloads product to and from delivery vehicles and designated storage areas.

    * Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

    * Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.

    * Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code.

    * Operates gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc.

    * May load/unload trucks; may use a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks.'
