In this role, the nurse leader serves as both a mentor and a guide—supporting the growth of new clinicians and deepening the skills of experienced team members through hands-on education and encouragement. They also play a key role in managing pharmacy-related practices, fostering strong relationships with pharmacy partners, and ensuring collaborative, informed decision-making across the care team. This position is ideal for someone who leads with both clinical insight and a heart for teaching.

Registered Nurse Education Supervisor Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute, critical or home/hospice environment that is exposed to end of life care.

+ 1+ years of experience as a supervisor and/or educator

+ Active, unencumbered state RN license

+ Associates, Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Nursing accepted

+ Current driver's license and auto liability coverage

+ MUST possess accurate and clear oral & written communication skills

+ Strong understanding and ability to communicate hospice & palliative philosophy

+ Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals as it relates to end of life care .

Registered Nurse Education Supervisor Benefits and Schedule:
