    As a **Security Officer - Financial Lobby Desk** in **Chandler, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, playing a key role in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing excellent customer service while assisting with security-related matters.     What You'll Do:

    + Greet and assist visitors, clients, and/or employees in a professional manner at the front desk of a financial institution location.

    + Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and/or credentials as appropriate, following site-specific procedures.

    + Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to appropriate personnel and/or local authorities as directed by site protocols.

    + Assist with security-related emergency response activities, including providing directions and support during incidents or evacuations.

    + Communicate clearly and courteously with individuals entering the premises, providing information and guidance as needed.

    + Maintain accurate logs and/or records of visitor activity and incidents according to site requirements.

    + Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and onsite staff to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

    + Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

    + Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

    + Experience with customer service is preferred.

    + Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
