What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor for any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, reporting observations according to established protocols.

+ Maintain visibility as an armed presence at the location, in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and emergency responders as required.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Uphold professional standards at all times while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ An armed guard card or license is required.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
