The Helpful Smiles Technology Global Center (HST Global) in Bangalore is a division of the Hy-Vee IT team named as the Helpful Smiles Technology Center based in the US. It supports Hy-Vee’s business growth and modernization needs by accelerating the adoption of technology across enterprise operations. It offers tech talent the unique opportunity to transform retail technology at Hy-Vee and understand different markets and cultural dynamics, as well as the opportunity to work locally and remotely on IT challenges. Job Title: HST Global Digital Marketing Coordinator

Department: Product Management

General Function

Responsible for the planning and execution of all Hy-Vee and Divisional digital content and tactics

including mobile apps, websites, and graphic updates. Also responsible for scheduling and maintaining owned media including emails, SMS, Push notifications and in-store video/displays.

Accountable and Reports to Digital Marketing Manager

Positions that Report to you: None

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Collaborates with brand managers, graphic designers, and content creators to plan digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms.

+ Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Airship, Acoustic (ESP), GMB

+ and other digital platforms.

+ Execute digital marketing plans to exceed industry benchmarks in a drive to be best in class.

+ Assist with the analysis of campaign performance to optimize and report overall results utilizing various reporting software including Google Analytics.

+ Assist the team in a variety of digital activities and project management to support Marketing and Loyalty goals.

+ Maintains and revises website graphics, content, files, and directories.

+ Reports to work when scheduled and on time.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
