    LOCATION OF POSITION:Fairport NY 14450;Rochester City School District, Various Locations

     

    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:Per Diem Substitute for the 2025-2026 School Year

     

    STARTING DATE: As Need Presents

     

    SALARY RATE:$90.00 per hour

    DUTIES:

    1. Perform physical examinations, primarily for sports participation and NYS mandated grade levels.

    2. Consult with School Nurses as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Possession of a valid NYS License and current Registration required.

    2. AED/CPR Certification required.

    3. School Health or Pediatric experience preferred.

    4. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
