    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a contract **Quality Control Inspector** for our global consumer health and beauty products partner in Piscataway, NJ. This role supports QC activities within a fast-paced manufacturing and laboratory environment specializing in personal care, skincare, cosmetics, and related product lines.

     

    The anticipated wage range for this position is between $20 and $26.5 per hour. Actual hourly compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education, skill level, and geographic considerations.

    Key Responsibilities

    **Inspection and Testing** : Perform routine inspections and testing of finished goods and components in accordance with established procedures and specifications. Activities may include physical inspections, physiochemical analyses, and operation of specialized functional testing equipment.

    **Documentation and Record Keeping** : Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records of all inspections, tests, and results. This includes data entry into databases, filing reports, and maintaining laboratory inspection plans.

    **Equipment Maintenance and Calibration** : Support routine maintenance, calibration, and verification of laboratory equipment. Ensure all equipment remains in proper working condition and complies with required standards.

    **Sample Management** : Collect, label, store, and track samples in accordance with established protocols. Maintain sample inventories and ensure proper disposal of expired or outdated samples.

    **Compliance and SOP Adherence** : Adhere to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations to ensure compliant and safe operations.

    **Communication and Collaboration:** Collaborate effectively with QC team members, production staff, and cross-functional departments. Promptly report any deviations, non-conformances, or abnormal results.

    **Continuous Improvement** : Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality control processes, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.

    **Other Duties as Assigned** : Provide support to the QC team as needed, including tasks such as lifting and sorting boxes, cleaning laboratory equipment, and assisting in investigations.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $26.50 per hour
