Job Overview:
Adecco is currently seeking a **Clerical Administration** with strong **clerical and administrative skills** , particularly in **purchase orders (POs), work order processing and Shipping** . This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company that values precision, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
Schedule & Compensation:
+ **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, starting at **8:00 AM** (some flexibility available)
+ **Starting Pay:** **$20.00/hour or more** , depending on experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Proficient in **Microsoft Word** , **Excel** , **Outlook** , and general typing
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization
+ Experience as a Material Handler – Supply Chain or Logistics.
Key Responsibilities (** **Not** **all are required ):
+ Review and manage **purchase orders** and **contract documentation**
+ Match **packing slips** with corresponding POs and equipment
+ Enter and update **work orders** in company systems
+ Create and maintain **customer records** and profiles
+ Communicate with customers via **email and phone**
+ Prepare and maintain various **contract reports** and **capital equipment files**
+ Update **equipment lists** , including transfers, merges, and ID changes
+ Compose memos, reports, and correspondence
+ Train part-time and clerical staff as needed
+ Order and track parts; process payments and requisitions
+ Support **satellite locations** with supplies and outsourcing
+ Coordinate **billing** (contract, onsite, depot)
+ Handle **PO requisitions** , including for vendors not accepting credit cards
+ Notify customers in advance of contract expiration to ensure continuity
+ Attend scheduled **conference calls** and maintain system familiarity
Preferred Experience:
+ Prior experience in **customer service** , **contract administration** , or **equipment service support**
+ **Supply Chain or Logistics in a warehouse setting**
+ Familiarity with calibration service environments is a plus but not required

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
