    Adecco is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for **Forklift Operator** and **Warehouse Associate** roles with a leading international and national export/import company based in Burien, WA.     **Pay:** $21.26 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday

    **Work Availability:** 5 AM to 7 PM

    **Hours per Week:** 35 - 40 hours

    **Employment Type:** Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

    Job Requirements:

    + **Forklift Clamp Operator:**

    + Experience operating forklifts, including clamp attachments

    + Ability to safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse

    + Understanding of export/import logistics procedures (preferred but not required)

    + Adherence to safety and operational protocols

    + **Warehouse Associate:**

    + Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required)

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

    + Excellent work ethic and team-oriented attitude

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently

    + Assist in managing inventory for export and import shipments

    + Ensure smooth flow of goods within the warehouse, from unloading to storage and dispatch

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company standards

    **Pay Details:** $21.16 per hour
