Are you experience with working with youth and seeking a new opportunity? If so, Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a local detox facility in Greenville, SC with their search to add **Care Development Assistants** to their team!

Schedule

Upon hire you will work full-time on 1st shift, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and some weekends required.

Pay Rate

The wage for this position is between $14.50 and $16. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

What you'll be doing:

+ Assist in the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate program in accordance with the policies/philosophy of the center

+ Provide a consistent, predictable, and enjoyable daily routine

+ Assess and gear the daily program to meet the youth’s needs on an individualized basis

+ Responsible for the ordered arrangement, appearance, cleanliness and safety of the environment

+ Participate as needed in case consultations, treatment team and staff meetings

+ Participate in recommended and/or required training programs, conferences, courses and other aspects of professional growth

+ Participate and facilitate bonding activities as assigned

+ Engage in communication with parents to explore child’s behavioral concerns and other needs

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma OR GED

+ Minimum 1 years' experience working with children age 7 and under

**Pay Details:** $14.50 to $16.00 per hour
