Certified Medical Assistant

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) who is highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team! This role is primarily administrative, with occasional support in the back office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of medical office operations, and the flexibility to assist clinically when needed.

Key Responsibilities

+ Pull and review reports, including billing and pathology reports

+ Manage administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation

+ Provide occasional back-office support (vitals, patient prep, etc.)

+ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications

+ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required

+ Proof of High School Diploma or GED

+ Strong administrative and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

+ Familiarity with medical billing and reporting processes preferred

+ Comfortable assisting in back-office duties when necessary

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
