Title: Person-Centered Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Person-Centered Specialist to join our team and help deliver exceptional, patient-focused care. In this role, you will interpret testing results and methodologies, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure services align with the unique priorities and values of each individual. You will also play a key role in educating team members on best practices for integrating person-centered approaches into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Interpret testing results, methodologies, and method specifications for clients, management, QA, and Compliance.

+ Conduct patient-facing activities for individuals with Kidney/Renal Disease, including interviews and scheduling visits and sample collections.

+ Participate in routine meetings with healthcare providers to support care coordination.

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with patient priorities and values.

+ Educate team members on person-centered care principles and their application in everyday operations.

Qualifications

+ Master’s degree required.

+ Experience with academic publications (co-authorship acceptable).

+ Expertise in study design and clinical research planning.

+ Proven ability to write study designs, reports, and proposals.

+ Hands-on experience performing study procedures, including patient interviews and coordinating with clinicians.

Additional Details

+ Remote position (must reside in North Carolina).

+ Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

+ 4 month contract with the potential of rolling permanent!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
